Your Medicare Appeal Rights
You have the right to appeal any decision about your Medicare services. If Medicare does not pay for an item or service you have been given, or if you are not given an item or service you think you should get, you can appeal.
Beginning June 1, 2009, all calls to our main number will be routed to our voice mail system. If you are a provider, you will receive a response to non-status inquiries within 24 hours of receipt. Non-status inquiries by way of E-mail are also welcomed. Our E-mail address is customer.service@rtrust.org. If you are inquiring about the status of your appeal, status information is available through the AdQIC website at www.q2a.com.
If you are a Medicare beneficiary, you may call the Medicare Service Center to inquire about your appeal. The phone number for the service center is:
