On September 7, 2011 the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services announced C2C Solutions, Inc. (C2C) as the Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) for the National DME workload.

All Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Prosthetics and Supplies Reconsiderations and Inquiries should be directed to C2C. Directions for submitting reconsiderations or inquiries to C2C are accessible through the C2C, Inc. website link below.
