Important Announcement

On September 7, 2011 the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services announced C2C Solutions, Inc. (C2C) as the Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) for the National DME workload.

Effective November 15, 2011 all new reconsiderations should be sent directly to C2C. Directions for submitting new reconsiderations are located on C2C's DME QIC website through the link below.

RiverTrust Solutions will, however, be responsible for any in-process work received prior to that date.

RiverTrust will continue working with C2C over the coming months to ensure a seamless transition for our customers and business partners.
